Aire Plan provides export management services for companies that need help coordinating the full export process or selected parts of it. We work alongside your team and your existing partners to ensure that shipments move efficiently and that documentation aligns with commercial and banking requirements.

Freight & Logistics Coordination

We coordinate shipments using a network of trusted carriers and freight forwarders selected based on your route, shipment type, and timeline. Services include:

  • Ocean freight — full container and LCL, coordinated through established forwarder relationships

  • Air freight via DHL and FedEx for smaller or time-sensitive shipments

  • Inland freight coordination from supplier to port of export

  • Freight consolidation from multiple suppliers into a single export shipment

  • Coordination with your nominated customs broker or forwarder at the destination

  • Shipment tracking shared proactively — you receive tracking details as soon as they are available

Export Compliance

Every shipment is handled in full compliance with U.S. export regulations. We manage:

  • Electronic Export Information (EEI) filing through the Automated Export System (AES)

  • Schedule B product classification

  • AES exemption documentation where applicable (FTR 30.37(a))

  • ITN filing for shipments requiring an export license or above threshold value

We catch compliance issues before shipment — not after.

Communication & Status Updates

We provide proactive status updates at every meaningful milestone — order confirmation, production readiness, freight pickup, sailing or air departure, and estimated arrival. You will always know where your shipment stands without having to ask.

For clients with recurring shipments, we maintain a consistent reporting rhythm so you have complete visibility across all active orders.
