U.S. Foodservice Equipment & Replacement Parts for International Buyers

Aire Plan International helps overseas distributors, importers, and equipment service companies purchase American-made foodservice equipment and OEM replacement parts.

We serve as your U.S.-based purchasing and export partner: coordinating with manufacturers, confirming product and part information, managing orders, preparing export documentation, and arranging international shipping.

Your U.S. Partner for Equipment & Parts

Purchasing commercial foodservice equipment from the United States can be difficult when manufacturers do not sell internationally, replacement parts require technical verification, or an order involves multiple suppliers.

Aire Plan provides a single point of contact in the United States. We communicate directly with manufacturers and suppliers, coordinate purchasing requirements, and manage the export process on your behalf.

Equipment and Parts We Support

Commercial Foodservice Equipment

We help international customers purchase American-made commercial kitchen, concession, cinema foodservice, cooking, warming, and specialty equipment.

OEM Replacement Parts

We source genuine replacement parts and technical components for American commercial foodservice equipment. Requests may include motors, switches, heating elements, controls, kettles, fittings, hardware, maintenance items, and other equipment-specific components.

Part Identification and Hard-to-Find Components

When a part number is unavailable or needs verification, we can work with the manufacturer using the equipment model, serial number, photographs, and other technical information. We can also investigate parts for older equipment, discontinued components, or products that are difficult to purchase internationally. Availability and compatibility remain subject to manufacturer confirmation.

Multiple-Supplier Purchasing

If your order includes equipment or parts from several U.S. suppliers, Aire Plan can coordinate purchasing through one U.S. point of contact and consolidate shipments when practical.

How The Process Works

STEP 1 — Share Your Requirements

Provide the manufacturer, equipment model, serial number, requested part number, quantity, destination country, and any available photographs or technical information.

STEP 2  —  Supplier and Product Confirmation

We contact the appropriate U.S. manufacturer or supplier, confirm the requested item, and obtain current pricing, availability, and estimated lead time.

STEP 3  — Quotation and Purchasing

Aire Plan provides a quotation for your review. Once approved, we purchase the equipment or parts and coordinate the order directly with the supplier.

Step 4 — Documentation and Shipment

We prepare the required commercial and export documentation, coordinate collection from the supplier, arrange international freight, and provide shipment updates.
